What is the Customer Loyalty Program?

We appreciate your business and in return we offer a loyalty program where, you earn loyalty points on every item you purchase.

It’s a way for us to Thank-You for your business and to offer future incentives, this is why we have launched this great customer loyalty program.

It’s as simple as it sounds; whilst shopping online you will earn reward points for the money you spend. Once earned you’ll be able to use these points to pay for future purchase at ricoeurope.com

The loyalty program began on 16^th September 2011. All purchases made after this point will be eligible for rewards.

How does the Program work?

When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your account, you must be logged in to view the amount of points, this is available to view in the (My Account Tab) (My Loyalty Points)

Once you have built up points, you will be able to pay the balance using your points

Points and Values

Currently; for every £5.00 spent you’ll earn 1 point Example:

Product Cost: £100.00

Value of Points Earned: £10.00

We reserve the right to make changes and adjustments to the above rates without prior notice

Will I earn points for shipping / TAX fees?

No. Shipping & Tax fees are excluded from point rewards

CUSTOMER REFERRAL PPROGRAM

It's simple, refer a friend and earn £7.50 for each one you refer that places an order.

When your friend completes the registration process, they simply enter your email address in the sponsored email box. Once they have placed their 1st order you will recieve a voucher worth £7.50 to spend on your next order.
